    Siim Kelneri mentorlusprogramm personaaltreeneritele Saavuta selgus ja kindlustunne klientide treeningprotsessi edukaks haldamiseks nii personaaltreeningutes kui ka läbi online coachingu. Kui oled alustav või juba tegutsev personaaltreener, kuid pole kindel, kas kasutad oma klientide jaoks parimat võimalikku lähenemist, siis mentorlusprogramm aitab viia sinu juhendamise uuele tasemele. Treeningprotsessi planeerimisel ja läbiviimisel on oluline osata põhjendada igat tegurit ja sellega seotud otsuseid. Mentorlusprogramm kestab viis nädalat ning koosneb viiest etapist. Esimesel kohtumisel tutvustatakse osalejatele programmi ülesehitust ning kaardistatakse nende hetke teadmised ja kogemus. Esimeseks kohtumiseks tuleb valida üks klient, kelle näitel mentorlusprogrammi läbitakse. Koos mentoriga koostatakse treeningplaan koos põhjendustega. Seejärel tuleb iseseisvalt leida kliendile sobivad treeningkoormused vastavalt mentori juhistele, viia läbi treeningud koostatud kava põhjal ja filmida harjutuste tehnika. 1. Kohtumine Teisel kohtumisel toimub sooritustehnika videoanalüüs mentoriga ning tutvustatakse topeltprogressiooni kontseptsiooni. Mentor koostab uue mikrotsükli ning selgitab koormuste suurendamise põhimõtteid. Seejärel tuleb osalejal iseseisvalt läbi viia uue mikrotsükli treeningud ning filmida valitud harjutuste tehnika. 2. Kohtumine 3. Kohtumine Kolmandal kohtumisel jätkatakse sooritustehnika videoanalüüsiga ning rakendatakse uusi teadmisi järgmise mikrotsükli koostamiseks mentori juhendamisel. Osalejad viivad seejärel iseseisvalt läbi uue mikrotsükli treeningud, filmivad valitud harjutuste tehnika ning koostavad järgmise mikrotsükli juba iseseisvalt. Neljandal kohtumisel toimub tehnika analüüs ning progressiooni ülevaatus. Iseseisvalt koostatud mikrotsükkel ja rakendatud topeltprogressioon vaadatakse mentoriga üle ning vajadusel tehakse korrektuurid. Seejärel tuleb taas läbi viia uus mikrotsükkel ja filmida valitud harjutuste tehnika. 4. Kohtumine Viimasel kohtumisel analüüsitakse iseseisva töö tulemusi ja arutatakse mentoriga edasist tegevuskava, mis hõlmab treeneri isiklikku arengut – alates erinevate profiilidega klientidest kuni teenuse hinnastamise dünaamikani. 5.
